Diana & Mike | Elopement in Bacchus Restaurant | Brooklyn, NY
I had the privilege to photograph Diana & Mike’s intimate elopement in Bacchus restaurant in Brooklyn.
It was a downpour and at the last minute, we had to change our couple photos from a walk in Brooklyn Bridge Park to the building lobby and lounge.
It was a small celebration, with only family and the closest friends. The whole day was full of personal touches. Like seats were marked with photos of the bride or groom with the guest, there were photos of loved ones that couldn’t be there. Diana and Mike wrote their vows.
This elopement was all about celebrating the love and commitment of Diana and Mike. I’m truly humbled to be invited to photograph this special day for them. Their friends who couldn’t be there when they saw the photo gallery told them that the photographs made them feel like they were there. It’s the biggest compliment for me. My ultimate goal as a wedding photographer is to capture the day so people can always come back to it and feel exactly how they felt at that moment.
